We only use 100% certified organic flour for all of our baked goods.

Our flour is unbleached, non-GMO, and free from glyphosate and pesticides.

Our breads and sweets rise for a minimum of 24 hours, allowing natural fermentation to break down proteins, improve digestibility, and unlock deeper flavour and nutrition.

Everything is hand-shaped and baked in small batches fresh in the morning. We can't produce much in our limited space, but quality always comes first!
